		<description>I remember "Bad News" Barnes (as he was affectionately known)
 when he played for the Detroit Pistons at Cobo Hall.  At the time, the players locker room was right across the corridor from
the gym.  When the guys would come out, Marvin was always  last.  But there would  be 3 cuties waiting for hime - one for each arm and a back up to carry his gym bag!  He never failed to sign autographs or to speak to anyone who offered some conversation (which may have been a draw back, because a lot of those folks saw him as a mark!)</description>
