Okori

Your environment conditions your thought process and thus your actions. The Hypothalamus or subconscious mind is where all deep seated memories are buried and which affects your neuromuscular memories. The people who produced that specific picture of Lebron James in that specific pose are producing images from deep seated conditioned belief of Africa people, especially the males. The female images can be viewed X rated movies or BET music videos.

Mizzo and others have asked why not publish the other picture on the cover, or in my case, the dribbling picture with out the female ornament and the primal scream? Sometimes we don’t know why we do the things we do until we are psychoanalyzed. Sometimes we don the things we do, because we are use to doing it and we were led to believe that is the way to do it.

My friends…my over standing is that this is 2008. No one can call on ignorance and say they didn’t know. Not with something as sensitive as this. Not with the first African male in the his-story of this fluff magazine.

I’ve been trying to do a blog on Zimbabwe and the legacy of the Western view point of Mugabe and Southern Africa. The more I gather information, the more I am reminded that the distortion in the African–European dynamics, are never a thing of chance. This is why Mizzo is correct in not letting up on this “art”, because his ancestor memories reminds him that, in that the people in the Vogue magazine’s decision making position, knew what they were doing.

As an aside, please see Charles Burnett’s latest film Namibia: The Struggle for Liberation. If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.
