		<description>That was a nice find.  Cris Carter was a spectacular receiver.  He was excellent at every facet of the position - from top to bottom.  He&#039;s a powerful personality.  

One thing that strikes me as interesting with guys like him and Sterling Sharpe and Michael Irvin is that they are such forceful leaders, a coach would have to be a FOOOOOL to try to undermine their leadership.  This idea that leadership in football has to come from the QB position is just flawed.  Sometimes it has to come from there - sometimes it doesn&#039;t.</description>
