He Got Game

MJ, the Black Cat
The single most recognizable basketball player on the planet is Michael Jordan. The reason why is because of his style of play, and marketability. What you don’t see, the planning, and preparation, is you get in the finished product. When it comes to Jordan it takes equal parts basketball prowess and calculated genius.
The architect behind the scenes is none other than David Falk, who knew that to ‘Air is human’.

I clicked on the link to read David Falk’s bio…..and this kinda stood out:
“Since Dean Smith knew both groups, he was initially unsure where to send his players, but eventually allowed Dell and Falk to sign Jordan, while Craighill and Fentress signed Sam Perkins.[19][24]”
Is it just me or is something really really wrong with that sentence? I know its wikipedia, so it might not be entirely accurate, buuuuutttt…………..

It is common practice for coaches to refer their players to agents, once the players decide to go pro. That’s how it was when I was in school…Temple University, class of ‘01.
