The reason we haven't heard about Tinsley is because the Indiana front office knew from the giddy-up that Tinsley wasn't in their present or future, so they told him to stay home while they worked out a deal. I don't know what they've done since then, but if the Knicks, namely James Dolan, had done the same thing, guys like Winston Chandler would be getting more pub.
