The Perfect Exercise….

We have to raise this…it’s ugly but we have to raise it. In the African-American community there is a scourge…far, deep, and wide. Here’s what it is: for those of us lifting weights…our arms and chests are developed. but for anything below that…it’s a sad sorry sight.

Look at yourself. i said look around. What do you see when you look at your torso? Probably, if you lift weights long enough, defined biceps and triceps giving you those big arms you’re so proud of…and probably a big deep chest. If you’re working the full upper body wide back and broad shoulders.

But look below your abdomen. There’s nothing there is there? Just two sticks. Probably don’t like it do you? Wish you could fix it don’t you?

Well everyone you can.

Just go in the gym, put a barbell over your shoulders with as much weight as you can on each side, and squat. It builds nothing but raw muscle mass. Be forewarned: your thighs will get bigger with this exercise, and if your form is shit, you could hurt something. So, as the health and fitness editor of TSF, I found you a step-by-step tutorial on how to do the squat properly.

There you are. Get in the gym and get to squatting.

You might discover other benefits later.

I concur sir. I tell my son this all the time. If your base is powerful, you’ll have no problem in almost every athletic arena.
