[...] I thought the game would be a washover just like anyone else. Richard Seymour and the rest of his line mates blew up the Eagles blocking schemes before and after prized free agent Jason Peters went out with an apparent knee injury. Oakland were getting theirs no matter what and forced the Eagles to alter whatever game plan was in place. Donovan ran for his NFL life and was sacked 6 times and hit three times as much. There was no excuse and Oakland dominated every facet of the game. It didn’t hurt that 5 called a timeout before the half that the Eagles didn’t have because Andy Reid chose to call one with 2:02 on the clock…as if that made any sense but who am I? I subsequently received 29 texts asking the same damn thing: “Did Donovan just pull a Chris Webber? [...]

You don't have to be around Chris Webb to appreciate who he is. Mr. Mason Webber is not just a great father and husband but a strong community figure in our home town. He was there when Chris was playing and would keep us up on how Chris was doing. Chris didn't play in the P.S.L but he played either with or against us in the summer leagues and camps. I knew he was special, but I didn't know that he would be better than Lorenzo Orr, Steve Smith, or DC but Chris was Son of Detroit and I have personal countless memories of his best games, from his coming out against Lorenzo to his detroying the Russian National Team as a High School Senior down at Cobo, Him or Chris and J Rose against DC and Steve Smith down at the Saint, MAN! So many Memories, thank you Brother!
