The unceremonious blasting of the Red Sox (after losing the first 8) sent a clear enough signal. It was the way that his team handled the Angels in the regular season that suggested to me that they were ready to do big things. I still don't love the outfield - except for Cabrera. (Yeccch!!!!!) Still, the team has balance...they have a gigantic payroll, but they also have roll players. Wild Ass AJ needs to "hannil his binnis."
