One year after being ousted from the Ohio State football program for his participation in a payment scandal, Oakland Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor speaks out on his involvement and his reasons for why he signed game-worn uniforms and other OSU memorabilia.
His relationship with the Ohio State University has been severed as he has been banned from associating with the school for five years.
