WINDSOR, Vt. — A Windsor sculptor with Pennsylvania ties is suggesting that Penn State University trustees put the statue of late Penn State football coach Joe Paterno to meaningful use now that it’s no longer on display at Beaver Stadium.

RG3’s opening day performance should not be taken lying down…
 
After all the Heisman Trophy and preseason hype the time had come for Robert Griffin III to strap it on in the games that will finally count.
 
He did not disappoint.
 
Griffin was 19 for 26 for 320 yards and two touchdowns as the Washington Redskins shocked the New Orleans Saints 40-32 in front of a charged Superdome crowd.
