For the Rams to be on point, Sam Bradford has to avoid the Cardinals pressure up front.

Tonight the St. Louis Rams and the Arizona Cardinals meet for the first time this season. When I first looked at this game on the schedule I wondered what the guys at the NFL Network were thinking. But after the first month of the season I’m impressed with the Rams defense and their young receivers. And of course the Cardinals 4-0 start is one of the top stories of the season.

I may hang around until the end for this one.

Miguel Cabrera became the first Latin-born player to win the Triple Crown.

Triple Crown winners, .400 hitters and 30-game winners are artifacts from baseball’s ancient ruins. As children we hung on the words of our fathers and grandfathers about what we could only imagine. In my early education of baseball, I would track the pursuit of these milestones throughout the season.
