Kobe Bryant and the Lakers seem to be receptive to their new up-tempo offense.

Kobe Bryant scored 22 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and handed out 11 dimes to notch his 18th career triple-double in the Los Angeles Lakers 119-108 victory over the Houston Rockets.

Oklahoma City’s Kevin Durant posted his first career triple-double with 25 points, 13 boards and 10 assists in the Thunder’s 119-109 win against the Golden State Warriors.

Knicks 88 – Pacers 76 – Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks with 26 points and 9 rebounds. Paul George led the scoring for Indiana with 20 points.

Raptors 97 – Magic 86 – DeMar DeRozan scored 20 points and grabbed 9 rebounds for the Raptors. Glen Davis had a double-double for Orlando with 16 points and 12 boards. Toronto’s Jose Calderon led all players with 18 assists.

Sixers 86 – Cavs 79 – Evan Turner led the Sixers with 19 points and 9 assists. Anderson Varejao led all players with 15 rebounds.

Nets 99 – Kings 90 – Andray Blatche led the Nets with 22 points and Deron Williams had 10 assists. Sacramento’s DeMarcus Cousins led the Kings with 29 points.

Thunder 119 – Warriors 109 – Oklahoma City’s Russell Westbrook led all scorers with 30 points. Steph Curry led the Warriors with 22 points and 6 assists.

Pistons 103 – Celtics 83 – The Pistons blew out their second Atlantic Division team inside of a week. Greg Monroe led Detroit with 20 points and 13 boards. Jared Sullinger led the Celtics with 16 points.

Blazers 102 – Bulls 94 – The Blazers were led by Nicholas Batum with 21 points, LaMarcus Aldridge pulled down 13 rebounds. Joakim Noah led all players with 15 rebounds. Nate Robinson led Chicago’s scoring with 18 points.

Lakers 119 – Rockets 88 – Dwight Howard led all players with 28 points and 13 boards. Chandler Parsons led the Rockets with 24 points.
