If Julio Jones can get the Saints tripping over one another, its gonna be a long night for the visitors.

Two weeks ago, the New Orleans Saints welcomed the Atlanta Falcons into the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and defeated the NFC South leaders 31-27, their first loss of the season.

Tonight, the Falcons are looking to one-up the Saints in tonight’s contest. The Saints have rallied from a miserable start to make a late season push into the playoffs. Atlanta is well aware that if they can knock off the Saints tonight, their division foe is one step closer to elimination.

Andy Reid

(Written 11/20) As serious an image as you’ll ever see.

After losing a sixth straight game for the first time in his Eagles career, Andy Reid’s tenure as head coach in Philadelphia looks to be all but over. The losing streak is longest in Philly since a Rich Kotite led team lost 7 straight in 1994 — the year Jeffrie Lurie became owner. Questions swirl if Reid will last the season. Go sitchoass down.

Rajon Rondo (hidden by Paul Pierce) sacrified his assists streak in defense of teammate Kevin Garnett.

Rajon Rondo took exception to a hard foul on teammate Kevin Garnett by Brooklyn Nets forward Kris Humphries. In the end, his retaliation cost him and the Boston Celtics. Rondo’s consecutive streak of 10+ assists ended at 37 games and the Celtics were manhandled by the visiting Nets 95-83.

The Washington Wizards finally put one in the win column last night. The Wizards bench outscored the Portland Trailblazers bench 46-2 on their way to a 84-82 victory.
