The NBA’s top scoring tandem have remained focused on a return to the NBA Finals.

I decided to hold off on posting NBA Power Rankings until the NFL season began to wind down.

The play Los Angeles Clippers has been the story of the season so far. A 17-game winning streak by this former laughingstock is impressive as any we’ve seen in recent memory.

In New York, the revival of the Knickerbockers has given everyone in Gotham hope for a spring date in the NBA Finals.

Tip-Off for 1/2/13 (featuring Kendrick Lamar): Denver Nuggets freeze LA Clippers win streak at 17

It was almost too hard to watch for Blake Griffin as the Clippers win streak ended at 17 games.

The NBA’s hottest team ushered in the New Year with a resounding thud. The Los Angeles Clippers had not lost a game since November 26 and were winners of 17 straight games. Last night in Denver, the host Nuggets held the Clippers to 38 percent shooting while administering their own high wire act in a 92-78 victory.
