Kobe Bryant has literally taken the Los Angeles Lakers playoff hopes into his own hands. Bryant brought the home team back from and 11-point deficit in the fourth quarter. Bryant hit 3 three-pointers in the final minutes of regulation and scored four more points in overtime to life the Lakers to a 118-116 victory in overtime. Bryant finished with 41 points and 12 assists.
Brooklyn’s Deron Williams made an NBA-record nine three pointers in the first half on his way to 42 points in the Nets 95-78 victory over the Washington Wizards. Williams finished with 11 three-pointers making his first eight attempts.
