Chris Paul’s floater with :01 seconds remaining in regulation gave the Los Angeles Clippers a 93-91 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 2 of their first-round series. Memphis trailed by as many as 12 points in the fourth quarter before going on a 9-2 run — which tied the game with 1:37 remaining. Chris Paul and Marc Gasol exchanged baskets to even things at 91. Paul’s bucket off the glass sealed the victory for the Clippers.
Bulls 90 – Nets 82 - Chicago’s Joakim Noah proved his efficiency in a critical Game 2 victory. Hobbled by plantar fasciitis, Noah scored 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in 25 minutes of action. The Bulls defensive intensity picked up, holding the Nets to 35 percent shooting. Luol Deng led Chicago with 15 points and Carlos Boozer grabbed 12 rebounds. Brook Lopez led Brooklyn with 21 points.
Clippers 93 – Grizzlies 91 - Los Angeles survived another physical contest with Memphis — who continued to fight back throughout the game. Chris Paul led the Clippers with 24 points and 9 assists. Mike Conley played his best game of the series in a losing effort, Conley led all scorers with a game-high 28 points and 9 assists.
