(USA Today)

J-Smoove was able to spread his wings as the Hawks evened their series with the Pacers.

The first-round series between the Atlanta Hawks and the Indiana Pacers didn’t have the star attraction of some of the other match ups. After the Hawks 112-91 victory, we may be witnessing the first 7-game series in these playoffs. Atlanta shot 46 percent from three-point range and played their best defense thus far to tie the series at two games apiece.

Nets 110 – Bulls 91 – Another big game from Brook Lopez kept Brooklyn’s season alive. Lopez finished with 28 points and 10 boards. Reggie Evans grabbed 12 rebounds for the Nets. Chicago was without Kirk Hinrich (calf). Deron Williams took advantage of his absence scoring 23 points and handing out 10 assists. Nate Robinson finished with 20 points and 8 assists. Carlos led Chicago with 10 rebounds.

Bulls lead 3-2.

Hawks 102 – Pacers 91 – Thanks to Josh Smith and some sharp shooting, the Atlanta Hawks have picked themselves up off the mat in this series. Smith finished with 29 points and 11 rebounds. Kyle Korver scored 19 points off the bench and Al Horford added 18 points. Paul George led Indiana with 21 points, 12 rebounds and 4 steals.  Each of Indiana’s starters scored in double figures.

Series tied 2-2.

Rockets 105 – Thunder 103 – James Harden had a rough night (10 turnovers), but his teammates picked him up and the Rockets were able to fight off elimination. Chandler Parsons led Houston with 27 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists. Omer Asik had a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds. Kevin Durant was stellar in a losing effort. Durant led OKC with 38 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Reggie Jackson scored 18 points.

Thunder lead 3-1.
