Tim Duncan scored 6 of his 17 points in overtime as the San Antonio Spurs took a 2-0 lead with a 93-89 victory in overtime against the Memphis Grizzlies. The Spurs maintained home court advantage as the series shifts to Memphis on Saturday.

Spurs 93 – Grizzlies 89 – The Grizzlies controlled the boards winning the rebounding battle 60-46 and controlled the offensive glass 18-4. Zach Randolph struggled from the floor, but he was far more effective than his Game 1 performance. Randolph shot 6 for 18 from the floor for 15 points and a game-high 18 rebounds, including 7 on the offensive boards. Marc Gasol added 12 points and 14 boards. Randolph played a game-high 45 minutes. Mike Conley scored 18 points and Jerryd Bayless scored 18 points off the bench. Memphis outscored San Antonio 21-9 in the fourth quarter to force overtime.

The Spurs placed all five starters in double figures — led by Tim Duncan’s 17 points. Tony Parker scored 15 points and handed out a career-playoff high 18 assists. Kawhi Leonard scored 12 points and added 9 rebounds. San Antonio held Memphis to 34 percent shooting despite taking 14 less field goal attempts. The Spurs once again played unselfish ball handing out 29 assists on 26 field goals. The Spurs blocked 12 shots to 6 for Memphis.
