@TSFSports Week 11 NFL previews and predictions: Is Darren Sproles a legitimate MVP candidate?

(Independent co.uk)

Darren Sproles’ body of work in Philly this season should garner MVP consideration.

The Philadelphia Eagles have endured a beat up offensive line, a sub par season by running back LeSean McCoy and finally an injury to Pro Bowl quarterback Nick Foles. The one constant has been the timely heroics of free-agent acquisition Darren Sproles — who has in many ways the reason the Birds are 7-3. As far-fetched as it may seem the 5’7″ Sproles has stood tall and deserves to be listed among the NFL’s top MVP candidates.
