Executive Director Brian Kiszewski, Reinstate 58: James Thomas Deserves to Play in the Catholic League Championship

That isn’t a bad kid. His parents Tamara and James are proud. Look at their smiles...

Canisius High School (Buffalo, NY) two-way captain James Thomas was ejected during the Monsignor Martin League Championship game against Timon last week for a punch he didn’t throw and subsequently suspended for today’s New York Upstate vs Down State Catholic League Championship Game to be played at Mitchel Athletic Complex in Uniondale, NY. Despite video evidence showing otherwise, Thomas hasn’t yet been reinstated. His father James Cunningham is an assistant coach on the team and saw the entire situation unfold. Close friend Zaimah Habeeb reached out on twitter this morning  through Drea d’Nur and I was fortunate to link up with his parents.

Executive Director Brian Kiszewski, do the right thing and #reinstate58. You’ll feel better down the line…for sure.

Below is my convo with his parents…

They created the hashtag #reinstate58

As you can see clearly from the footage, no punch was thrown. Listen to the convo and please share to any and every social media.

James, you have great parents and regardless what transpires today, you will never have a doubt in the love and commitment your parents have for you.

Great luck to your future.

Be PEace…
